What do I need to do if my organization is considered tax-exempt?

Organizations seeking sales and use tax exemption must follow these procedures:

• Enter a valid tax exemption number during checkout to have orders processed without sales tax.
• Returning customers with a current exemption certificate on file do not need to take further action.
• If there is no valid exemption certificate on record, you will receive an email after placing your order with instructions to securely upload the necessary documentation via our authorized third-party compliance portal.
• Failure to provide and validate exemption documentation before order shipment will result in sales tax being charged and invoiced.
