Next Day Shipping Gets Product to You Fast

 

Barco Products maintains a wide array of items that are in stock and can be shipped next business day.   Once your order has been processed and paid for with a credit card or previously approved purchase order, our employees start the process of getting your product to you as quickly as possible.  Total transit times are based upon the location the products is being shipped to from our distribution centers.   

 

Our employees review every order for accuracy.   Occasionally, we may ask you to verify a product purchased, a shipping address, a tax exemption number or delivery instructions.   In the case where additional verification is required, your order will be held until you confirm your information.

 

In stock items you are interested in may be limited by color, style, material, quantity, and other variations and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, custom products or split shipments are not available for next day shipping.

 

You will be notified if our stock does not contain the capacity you wish to purchase or if there are any other circumstances in which your order does not qualify for next day shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays, forces of nature or other factors that are out of our control
 

Lead Time

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most products are shipped within within 10 - 14 business days from receipt of order. Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please view individual product pages for more accurate lead times. Customized products generally have a longer lead time.

Shipping Methods

Barco Products ships the most economical way possible. Many of our products ship via UPS. However, heavier items and large orders ship via a common carrier (semi-truck). For common carrier shipments, the driver will bring the product to the truck tailgate. The consignee (usually the buyer) is responsible for offloading merchandise from the common carrier truck’s tailgate.

What is Liftgate?

This unloading method is recommended for heavy and/or large shipments to a destination that does NOT have a loading dock or fork-lift services available. This option is only available for freight via common carrier truck shipments.

A liftgate will assist the receiver (consignee) by lowering the merchandise from the truck to the ground for easy removal. The customer is responsible for removing their shipment from the common carrier truck. Drivers are not required to help remove a shipment from a truck.

Make sure to order liftgate service with your shipment if you are unable to unload the shipment yourself (due to lack of truck dock and/or fork-lift). This option needs to be noted at the time of order. There is an additional fee for this service.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Your charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Barco Products will prepay all shipping charges (UPS and common carrier). These shipping charges - paid by Barco Products - will be added to the customer’s invoice. Changes to the shipping address after we have shipped the order, will result in additional fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Hours

Standard delivery hours are M-F 7AM-5PM CST. Please note on your order if your facility has special delivery hours and/or delivery directions.

Destinations that don’t have standard business hours for truck deliveries should request “Call before Delivery” service. This is only available for common carrier shipments. The customer must be present at delivery. There is no fee for this service; however, this option needs to be noted at the time of the order.

If the customer is not present when the shipment arrives and a second attempt is necessary, additional delivery charges will apply. UPS will not call ahead, even if you have other items shipping via common carrier. You may not change your delivery address (ship-to address) at the time you request the “Call before Delivery” service. Only Barco Products may change a ship-to address, at your request, after the initial ordering process begins.

How to Receive your Product

  1. IMMEDIATELY inspect all package(s) and product(s) before acceptance from the carrier. 
  2. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Please take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images.
  3. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
  4. Whenever possible, report damage and shortage claims within 5 days of delivery to a customer service representative at Barco Products. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-338-2697 for return/replacement instructions.

Partial Shipments

When ordering multiple products on a single order, delivery dates may vary. Products ship from various warehouses. Be assured, your entire order will be delivered as quickly as possible.
