Ordering Information

How to Order
Here are the steps for placing an order on www.barcoproducts.com

  1. Select Products
    Choose products, enter quantity, select option(s) where applicable and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Checkout
    Once you have placed all of your products in the Shopping Cart, you may choose to 1) Login & Checkout, 2) Register & Checkout or 3) Checkout without Registering. See Reasons to Register.

    1. Billing & Shipping
      • Review products listed in Shopping Cart
      • Enter special notes related to the order
      • Enter Priority Code (appears on the back cover of catalogs in gray box to the left of mailing address)
      • Enter Promotion Code (if applicable) to receive promotion
      • Enter Billing Address
      • Enter Shipping Address
      • Enter Tax-Exempt Status - Tax only applies to orders shipped to Illinois & New Jersey destinations. If tax-exempt, please enter tax-exempt number or resale number

    2. Payment Method
      • Review Shipping & Handling charges
      • Confirm Billing & Shipping Addresses
      • Enter Payment Method
      • For items shipping via Common Carrier, select Additional Delivery Services (Power Lift-Gate Service and/or Call Before Delivery)
      • Complete order by clicking "Place Order"

    3. Order Confirmation
      • Print Order Confirmation
      • Note order number

Product Quick Order
It’s quick and easy to place an order with Barco Products. Using Product Quick Order, add up to 5 products to your shopping cart at one time.

  1. Enter Model #(s) desired and click "Find Model #"
  2. Enter quantity desired, and if prompted, select options
  3. Repeat as necessary
  4. When finished, click "Add to Cart"

Priority Codes
The Priority Code appears on the back cover of our catalogs in the gray box to the left of your mailing address. If you are shopping online using a catalog, please enter the Priority Code from your catalog.

Promotion Codes
Promotion Codes are available online through our Special Offers Email. Please enter the Promotion Code in the shopping cart to receive the promotion. Sign up to Receive Special Offers.

Sales Tax
Tax only applies to orders shipped to Illinois & New Jersey destinations. If tax-exempt, please enter tax-exempt number or resale number into the Shopping Cart.

Payment
Barco Products’ payment terms are Net 15 days for orders that are on credit account. All other orders must be paid by credit card. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Purchase Orders
Customers who have registered with www.barcoproducts.com may apply for credit. Approved customers may use a purchase order. To apply for credit, please register on www.barcoproducts.com, login into your account, and complete and submit the credit application form.

Once your credit application is reviewed, you will be notified. If approved, your options for payment in the www.barcoproducts.com store checkout will increase to include both credit card payment and purchase order/invoice. Terms are Net 15 days.

If you are an existing customer with an already established credit account with Barco Products, please register for an account on www.barcoproducts.com and Email Us with your company name and address. We will review the credit application on file and follow up with you.

Order Confirmation
Order confirmations will be emailed to the email address provided on orders.

Canceling Orders
If it is necessary to cancel an order, please Email Us or contact Customer Service at 1-800-338-2697. To improve our customer service and the products we offer, we request a reason for cancellation along with a contact name and phone number.

Timing is crucial when cancelling an order.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will cancel your order after we verify that the order is is not in route to your location.
  • If the order has already been shipped or delivered, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section below.

Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange or return a product, please Email Us or contact Customer Service at 1-800-338-2697 for return instructions. Products cannot be shipped back without authorization from Barco Products. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition for credit to be issued. Custom orders may not be returned.

If not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. For returns after 30 days and up to 90 days from the shipping date, a restocking charge of 20% will be added. Returns after 90 days from ship date will not be accepted.

Any merchandise returned unauthorized will cause your credit to be delayed or denied. Please return product freight prepaid. Sorry, no COD or Freight Collect shipments will be accepted.

Domestic & International Orders
We ship orders to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. For Alaska and Hawaii destinations, a Customer Service Representative will personally contact you with your shipping and handling charges.

International customers must provide a freight forwarder within the continental United States as the ship-to location. The freight charges will be prepaid to the freight forwarder and added to your invoice. The shipping charges after that point will be negotiated between the freight forwarder and customer; Barco Products has no further responsibility. All International Orders require prepayment before the products are shipped. Contact Customer Service via phone at 1-630-879-0084, fax at 1-630-879-8687, mail to Barco Products 11 N. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Barco Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
